Mental Health Support
Hope & Help
This page is dedicated to helping you find resources for dealing with mental health struggles.
The following list includes resources that share our theological tradition as well as resources from a Christian perspective from other theological traditions. Additionally, some of the resources listed do not share our faith. We have a core belief in the authority and inerrancy of Scripture to teach us about life in Christ. This doesn’t keep us from humbly learning from and appreciating books written by Christians or non-Christians because we believe in God's common grace to all. It doesn’t mean that we endorse everything a person we quote says or believes; it means we believe all truth is from God.
Click on the links below for resources. This list is not exhaustive so if you don’t find something that addresses your particular situation or area of interest, contact Rex for recommendations.
